Hot water extraction from a truck-mounted machine, room by room, with spots and traffic lanes pre-treated first. Most houses are dry by dinner.

If you can still smell it after you've cleaned the spot, it's in the pad. We find the spots, treat them down where the urine soaked in, and rinse it out.

Couches, sectionals, recliners and dining chairs. We read the cleaning tag, test a hidden spot, and use less water than you'd think.

Area rugs
Synthetic rugs cleaned right on your floor. Wool, silk and handmade rugs we take with us so they can be washed on both sides and dried flat.

Tile & grout
Hot water under pressure with a vacuum built in, so the gunk in the grout lines comes up instead of getting pushed around. Sealing is optional.

Offices, storefronts, churches and apartment common areas, cleaned in the evening or on Saturdays so it's dry before anyone needs it.

Water damage
Wet carpet after a leak, a washer hose or a sump pump that quit. We pull the water out, deal with the pad, and get everything drying.
